Order Guideline

As we work on a storefront and only accept orders online, please take these steps to place your order:

1. Contact us via the form below. Include the date you would like your order, which kind of baked good you’d like, flavors, and any design notes. Please allow us up to 10 days for small orders/wholesale and 30 days for wedding/catering. For major holidays, allow up to 14 days notice.

2. A 50% non refundable deposit for is due upfront to hold your order. All holiday orders must be paid in full at time of placement. The remainder will be due at the time of pickup in cash/card payments only. Venmo/Paypal will only be accepted if payment is received prior to pickup time. If your order is for Wedding or Catering, the full amount is due 48 hours before pickup/delivery. Deposits can be made via venmo or paypal.

3. The day before your order, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time. Deliveries can be made within the Philadelphia-South Jersey area for an additional $5-$20 fee with prior arrangement. 

Cancellations/Late Pickups:

If paid in full, cancellations can be made 48 hours in advance for a partial refund. All deposits are non refundable. 

Unless we have spoken or you have contacted us letting us know you are running late, pickups must be completed within 30 minutes of arranged time. It’s understandable that no day runs perfectly, and situations arise. We are more than happy to reschedule with ample notice, however no contact beyond the pickup timeframe will result in loss of your order with no refund.
